    Yeah, they stopped at the sign and were there for a few minutes. When they pulled off we heard him meowing. He was a little thing.

    Thanks again everyone for the advice for Minnie, last night and this morning confirmed to me he is back at 100%

    All the plants are out of his way (high shelf), he is getting 1 teaspoon of soft food 2x a day with his regular dry food until we wean him back to dry food only. He is peeing and pooping normally once again in the litter box. :notsure:

    Retrospective - I think he ate some dry leaves and possibly some dry shoots from the petunias and when he threw-up there were some leaves in it and thus it was a sign his stomach was really irritated and it took some time to heal internally from the irritation.

    I get the biggest one that I can find at Walmart as the outer box, then something about half as big. Cut an entry hole in the outer box then a big U into the inner box. High sides plus easy cleanup of any tracked litter since it sits in the bigger box.

    Here's our 'new' cat (the vet thinks he's about 3). My old one died in March and the GF "surprised" me with this one in April.


    He spent the first 3-4 days living under the cookstove in the addition, didn't want to be touched or even to come out for treats. Then one evening he snuck into the bedroom after we'd gone to bed and hopped up on the bed with us. I was reading a book at the time and watched kind of in shock while he sniffed around a little bit, kneaded my feet for a minute, then curled up and fell asleep. It was like throwing a switch, because ever since then he's decided he likes us and that he's a lap cat.


    Even when there's not room...


    Gets along well with the dog, too.
