Ouch. Seems a bit mean.

 

They're sedated when they do it; the vet does it while he's tying the tubes off. The theory apparently is that the nipped ear lets the Animal Catcher know at a glance that they're feral and they've already been neutered/spayed, so he doesn't collect them and bring them to the shelters to have it done again. Domestic cats apparently get a tattoo on their belly, but understandably ferals aren't particularly easy to roll onto their back and check for a tat

 

I understand.

I was just quoting their statement/question about multiple litter boxes with your statement of having 3 locations being in bold.

 

Ah, I missed that part, and I was just trying to throw out ideas.

 

This is my one of my Rescues. We have 3 total. This one is Precious and she has only 3 legs. We rescued her from the Phx Humane Society. My Wife and I are suckers for special needs kitties ....

She is currently lounging in her cat bed located on my wife's desk.

Our Henry is a total spaz who never sits still and sleeps about half as much as the other cats. Love him, but he's tiring.



His brother Arthur is the complete opposite. He is the most chill cat ever.

Chong was a past cat. Miss that guy. This little terrors name is Rocky. You can definitely tell the influence Cheech has on him.
