Same here. Before Zero and the neighbors cat Barsik adopted us, I was deathly allergic to cats most of my life. I use the generic version of what you have there for my all-around allergies. That stuff kicks ass.

 

I use that stuff too and you're right - it works great!

For my entire life I never had any environmental allergies. Then we got my cat Lana and I swear she is the worst source of allergens on the planet. She makes my eyes itch unless I take medication and I have one friend who flat out refuses to visit my house anymore. Good thing she's pretty.

 

This is Bo (aka Big Orange). He was in bad shape so I made his life great. Most thankful cat I've ever had. I have 11 currently.

Not sure how it happened. Most likely from another cat but there were Coons and Opossums competing for food.
I really wish I had brought him home sooner. He's the sweetest cat we've ever had.

Mother fucker, they have generic? How much is that? Zertec is fucking outrageous expensive. Problem is, they dont all work on everyone. Zyrtec wont work for my wife, Claritin wont work for me. Then your stuck with a $50 bottle of allergy shit that does you no good.

 

It's $11 at Costco. Costco also carries their own brand of most allergy meds. Look for the active ingredient that works for you and compare labels. I've been using the aller-tec since moving to VA. We also buy the Kirkland brand of Aleve. Much cheaper.

Here is my big hunky blue fur nephew (and now officially joined my kitty family permanently) Baloo is one of the most intelligent kitties Iv ever had and it’s scary sometimes how much he seems to understand when you talk to him. I know he would prefer to be the only kitty and have ALL the attention but he has finally learned to get along with his adopted bros and sisters and share all the love and treats.

 

Miss Nova goin fishing (got her this toy the other day) and a little stir crazy, I had to quarantine her inside the last few days after finding a pretty gnarly gash on her back leg, been treating it with a spray medication that vets use on wounds. She has been SO annoyed with being stuck inside (that’s been the worst of it) but it has to be that way until I see it start to close up and heal properly (and hopefully without having to break the bank with a vet visit), so far it’s looking a lot better. She is still the best cuddle bug (gotta keep the nose warm) and loves her blanky.
