That one is all over ebay too. Probably can search for "DragonBall Z shift knob"

This one was from my previous car, before the Taco.. Easy to make too. Just buy any beer tap, and rethread it to Toyota's thread pattern.

Could you explain in more detail how you did this please? I don't want to ruin my stock knob trying to figure this out.

Sure, i've had a few people ask. The oem shift knob was unscrewed from the rod, then the plastic chrome-looking piece that sits below it was removed from the leather knob----this was a little difficult to do as it does not come apart easily. i used a pair of pliers that i have a set of rubber covers for protection of items like this. one could always simply apply tape to the ends of the pliers and try that, or even pry it off with a flathead screwdriver carefully. the piece in question is plastic and could crack or easily become scratched if not careful. using some warm, soapy water first may also help.
After that i placed a "c-clip" (i've heard it called other names) over the rod, then the mentioned plastic piece, then the aftermarket shift knob. i had to pry apart the clip slightly to get it to stay and keep the plastic piece up on the rod.
All of this matters as many aftermarket knobs do not come with this chrome-looking base, but by keeping and using it i feel the result looks much better than without it. mine hasn't moved in the several years i've had it on there. hope this helps.

So the c-clip is placed on the bottom of the threads and the aftermarket knob screws down enough to hold the chrome piece on tight? What size c-clip?

Not to be a dick about it but the correct terminology would be an E Clip.
