I'll have to take some photos when I get home, but the visual description is a CGW worked, Primary Machine Milled, Vortex Viper clad P07 with burnt bronze slide Cerakote. Looks good, shoots better.

I'm trying to beat the fancy out of it, one drill, match, and day at a time. Has yet to hiccup, so I'm pretty happy thus far.

Photo, as promised. I plan to build a P09 to a similar level eventually, likely with an RMR, 507c, or Acro for the dot. This thing outshoots me by a long shot and makes me a superhero at the range.

My pair of CZ’s. Love them both. I was amazed that the PCR and it's aluminum alloy frame is a couple fractions of an ounce lighter than the polymer frame P-07

been meaning to take a pic of the new sights on the PCR, TFX Pros - tritium + fiber. have not shot yet, but like how visible they are. Sight pusher tool made quick work of the swap, about 10 minutes in total front and rear.

New P-10F.. excited to shoot it once it warms up outside. Do you cold climate folks shoot much in the winter? We don't have an indoor range in the area.

Cold weather was just an opportunity to train with gloves when I lived in IL, extra clothing can teach you quite a bit about weapon manipulation in poor conditions.

True, hopefully a nice weekend comes along soon. Also waiting for the kid to come home from college for a weekend so he can go with.

Not really a CZ, but it technically is because CZ owns Dan Wesson. Their logo is right in the case.

Garandthumb has done some 9mm PCC reviews, IIRC he figured the Scorpion was the best value of the bunch with the exception of the Stribog.

My take on 9mm PCC's: I'm a big fan of AR9's, especially good ones with full feature sets, because of their use in training rifle handling skills in formats you otherwise could not. For instance, running one in IDPA/USPSA PCC competition allows you to compete and build manipulation/target identification skills and recoil control skills with movement and dynamic presentations that 2 gun or 3 gun might not address. They're also cheap to run and often quieter than traditional rifles, especially when suppressed, which makes such training more tolerable over the course of a day. In the case of the Scorpion, the fact that it is setup like a hybrid between an AR18 derivative like a SCAR/BREN/etc. and an AK means it could have use as a training aid for either. Ultimately, I'd buy a 9mm PCC as a training aid for CQC work and competition use, and no more. Whether that applies to you or you have other reasons to want one is entirely up to you.

I need some more CZ in my life but I'm torn between the SP01 Tactical and the Phantom, does anybody have experience with both and could give some input?

Did the mcarbo spring kit mod on my p07 and my 85b. All I can say is the triggers on these things are buttery smooth now. I don’t have any way to tell you the poundage but it is significantly easier to pull the trigger in both da and sa. Recommend this upgrade.
