Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
The other thing to keep in mind is accuracy vs. precision. New shooters think they suck if they can't put 10 shots in the bullseye standing still at a range. Worry less about tight groups and more about hitting the target in vital places. Ditch the bullseye paper targets and get human shaped targets. Can you get 2 to the body and one to the head fairly quickly? Then you're doing great. Precision and speed comes with a shit ton of trigger time. The one thing I'd recommend is to quit going to a range to stand in a bay and shoot a static piece of paper. Find an action pistol league and sign up. You'll quickly realize anyone can stand in one spot and hit a paper target that doesn't move. Running and gunning moving targets is on a whole other level.

Anyone got a recommendation for a holster that will accept a TLR-1 and Compenator on a P-07? IWB, OWB doesn't matter.

If you're not familiar with Dara Holsters you may want to check them out.
They are located in Wendell NC and have a lot of options...

Very nice! My local cz dealer has a green and a FDE Scorpion evo 3 in stock but their price is a little high compared to what I've seen on gun broker, even after accounting for shipping and FFL. Plus, I really want the battleship gray version... How does it shoot? What brace did you go with?

It has a franklin armory binary trigger. Empties a 35 round magazine in about 8 seconds lol. Insta woody instead of intsa kill lol. This is my backpack gun. It has a SB pistol stabilizing brace that is capable of side folding.

Had to drill a .356" hole in something yesterday and pulled out the SP01 drill with YHM Sidewinder muffler.

Here's my CZ 75 SP01, I converted it to SAO with CGW standard standard package with flat trigger, race hammer and removed the FPB. Grips are LOK Bogies. Total trigger travel is about 4mm, 1mm of take-up and a very short reset, it's very close to my 1911 in terms of trigger travel and crispness, I would say it's 9.8/10 compared to the 1911. I do have the over travel set pretty conservatively for reliability, I could probably get total trigger travel down to 3mm if I set it to the limit but it's good enough for me.

Do it, you won't regret it. The metal frame adds weight down low and balances the handgun beautifully, only downside is that they're heavy for 9mm.
