    I’ve had a SP-01, P-01 with holosun, and now a p-01 omega.
All the non omega models has 85c trigger and CHW spring kits and extended firing pin.
Omega will stay stock for now except a sight swap I wanna get into idpa ssp local matches.

Right right, I have a couple metal frame pistols. I actually prefer them. Just lighter to carry a plastic lower. The 07 is like a plastic 75. Man, I love the look of the 75 though.

I wish it had a lower profile back strap. I may modify it.

Nice scorpion. I just bought one in battleship grey. I added a holosun green dot but still need to deck it out with a lot of parts from HB Industries. Is yours a registered SBR with a silencer?

Guess I should check in here too. I pick up my Tacoma next week and have a few CZs.

I went to a few local gun shops near me looking for a CZ P01 and the last place I shopped had one. But unfortunately it was California compliant and only had 10 round mags instead of 14 round (which was weird because I’m in AZ, but anyways). A bummer, but I did order one online from GunBroker. I’m excited as this will be my first CZ!

Can't you just throw in a standard mag into that one though?

Yes, but now the gun will come with 14 rounders vs the 10 round mags. Plus, the gun was cheaper on GunBuyer. Besides the gun obviously, the only other thing I paid for was tax.

So I got my CZ 75 P-01 and put about 100 rounds through it at the range. Here’s what I liked and disliked…

    Pro’s:
    -Fantastic ergonomics

    -The trigger isn’t too bad

    -It points naturally

-Capacity at 15 rounds is impressive for a compact gun

-Can take it or leave it but comes with a rail to give you more options

    Con’s:

-The sights… which crack me up because they are legit glow in the dark and aren’t even true “night sights” lol. At the range everything was blacked out so not easy to see

-The trigger reset is definitely long

Overall I like the gun. It is my first CZ and I am impressed. Sure the trigger reset is a bit long. But if I had to change something right now it’d be the sights. I’d opt for true night sights.

Get some new sights, the stocker "night sights" really do suck

    TFX Pro's I believe, tritium + fiber

Anyone have any luck with Pro Mags or should I stay away and buy Mec Gar/CZ?

Avoid Promag at all costs, Mecgar/CZ mags are the best options. I personally prefer Mecgar as they're cheaper than CZ and I believe Mecgar is the OEM for CZ mags.

I agree, but some might say I'm a bit bias! I'm supposed to be getting a shipment from HB Industries this evening; hopefully it arrives on schedule. Next up will be a Rugged Obsidian 9. What can are you running on yours?

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
I'm picking up a P-10c optics ready tomorrow from my FFL.

Anyone know what plate I need to get for a Holosun 407K?

I see a couple that say Holosun but no specific models.
