Baloo is happy we are home after a week with my parents.



My mom just got a new puppy. It is super cute and looks like a Disney character.

 

What breed?

 

The bottom is a border collie/shepherd mix. The bottom one’s DNA came back as shitzu/beagle/shepherd/lots of things mix. I got the bottom one as a (rescued) puppy and she was advertised as a border collie mix.

 

There is only one bottom one.

 

Lol! The top one is the BC/shepherd.

I am glad it happened. I was thinking “I am the guy who gets on everyone’s asses about grammar, syntax, etc. and I didn’t proofread my own post.”



The BC is missing a canine from a failed attempt at kennel training the night we got her home from the shelter.

If you were wondering, the remaining tooth chunk cost $3000 to have removed by a dog dentist.

 

Three grand?!?!

But the love we have for them is priceless!

 

Just in case no one has told you, they DO NOT continue to look like that forever.

 

In what universe? They're always your puppy dog.

 

Our 10yo doggo passed Jan 2019. She will always be our pup, her collar and leash still hang on the wall.
Maggie will also be forever part of our family, although I don't doubt she will bring her own personality to it.

 

If you look with your heart yes. But unless you have poor vision your eyes may tell a different story.

Momo proud of herself for jumping into the bed of my work truck. Picked up a piece of furniture on my way home, had to make three trips to/from the truck and each time I went back out she’d jump up and lick my face haha.

 

My Daughter got tired of me going back and forth about what kind of Dog to get after mine passed last Nov. So She got me a Lab /Brittany mix. She is 3 months old.

Thanks! She's such a sweetheart, I could happily never leave my house and just waste away on the couch cuddling with her and my wife along with our cat.

She just turned one in February. She's not black, despite what everyone thinks. She's actually sealcoat. For every black hair she has, there's a corresponding brown, looks really cool in the sunlight! We've been asked if we have two pits because of how different she looks in different lighting.
