I hope to get some stills this weekend. He is not imported. He's actually Dina's nephew. Dina's sister Dyna had 7 puppies, 6 males and 1 female. Dyna has a Ring 2 and the father Vinco is a Ring 3 dog. Female was the pick of the litter and 5 of the 6 males are monsters. Which means the litter turned out pretty well.

 

Tri what is fender I am unable to see the pic or video.

 

He's a Belgian Malinois that will be trained in a K-9 protection sport called French Ring.

Our Mountain/Fishing Dog Henry. Not a pure breed lab and we have no idea what else he is mixed with. Thinking some kind of hound but we got him from a little pet store and they didn't know much about his mix either.

He is shorter with a longer body and about 15 lbs heavier then an average lab. Also has bigger/thicker ears, and a shorter snout then most labs we have encountered and been able to compare him to.

Every weekend he goes up in the mountains and anytime we go fishing he's bouncing off the rocks. He grew up this way and while he's around 10 years old now, he still outlast my friends dog Cooper who is a two year old pure breed lab.

Yeah for sure...but he's learning quick. First night he was yelling all night. Now he's okay. The ride home from OC to SD in the rain and him yelling the whole was was a bit rough but worth it.

Wondering why she is stuck in the office and not outside with me. She opens that little window all the way when it's just cracked open, and now she has started to figure out the door handle. She knows how to enter the office since you push the door in, but hasn't figure out that she has to pull the handle towards her to get out of the office.

I have gotten through about 30% of the post here. Here is my Beau.

He was a pound puppy that someone gave up at 4mo's because he was said to be hyper? All he needs is a good run everyday and not be kept in a cage for 12 hours a day. So glad to get him out of the kill shelter. I've had him for 6 years now.

He is my walking/running partner and I try to take him with me anywhere or time that I can.

my two boxers. the white boy is Romeo. he was a rescue we got about a year and a half ago. for those who are curious and know a little bit, he is very much deaf, but has no other complications. the fawn female is Lucy and we've had her since she was 8 weeks. she's almost 5. very awesome dogs!!

 

What kind of special procedures do you go thru when dealing with him or does he watch you pretty close? Does he sleep with you and has he always slept with you. Sadly to say before about 1980 the Germans put the white boxers to death because of the deafness problem. They no longer do that (for humane reasons---all hell broke loose from the people..Germans) Now as you may or may not know they also pay a tax on their animals and so no animals are euthanized without cause....There were no strays running around when I was there and if any were found they fined the crap out of you. When picked up they are taken to a shelter and cared for indefinitely last time I checked.
