"Santino" soon to be 13 years old. In Human years? 85 years old? Sweet Dog....

 

Good one you and your friends for spreading the word and taking care of these pups. We love our pit rescues just as any other pup we take on. I will say that they are super loving towards their owners, and my 100lb Catahoula would cause more of a ruckus than these little ones.
I get greeted with kisses every morning from these 2, while the Catahoula just stares at me.

May you have many happy years with your dog. Our almost 13 year old GSD is an integral part of our household. He rides in my Tacoma at least twice a day and is walked by
his "dog mom" another 2 times a day minimum. For his morning walk treat when he gets home "Santino" gets Costco ham slices. Dinner is usually baked chicken thighs, beef liver,
chicken livers along with kibble, never canned food. We try and mix in rice and mixed vegetables to his food. Santino is 12 years old and will soon turn 13, as with many GSD his hips are starting to go out so I ramp him in and out of the back of my Tacoma. So far he's taken 20 RV trips with us, last long distance trip was 1,400 miles over 9 days. Cheers!
