Seriously, my GSD did not like the sound of the rain hitting his big ears. Probably the same with your Malinois.

 

Nope doesn't like getting wet in the rain, snow let me at it, river let's go, doggy pool okeydoke. Hose no Way

I’m not sure what exact breed she is but the vets have said some kind of shepard and husky mix. She’s a stray that found us when I was walking Ronin around the block. She has a sister, that has now been adopted, that was with her when I found them walking around my neighborhood. They were maybe 2 months old and absolutely covered in fleas. Her sister Possum also had worms we later found out.

 

I can open the door Botchie will run full speed and if it is raining or cold she can make a U turn before her back feet leave the house and go back to bed but likes playing in water when temperature is right

Ol browning was acting weird when we came back from lunch Sunday, really limping, favoring his right hip (it’s his most arthritic) but with the high heat we didnt think it was arthritis.
Ended up taking him to the ER vet after trying some home treatments and the pain getting worse, a few X-rays, pain meds, and anti-inflammatory drugs later “he seems to be okay, unless it’s a muscular issue or soft tissue damage we can’t find anything, he has bad bone spurs and his arthritis is really bad.”

Trying to get comfortable at the Vet.


Pretty happy to be headed home.


And walking around like nothing ever happened this morning.

Had a late night last night. A couple of our guests didn't check in till 01:45. I guess this is what her day will entail.

 

He’s got a few buddies to play with! Athena and Smokey are a bit rowdy for him (the blonde shepherd and lab/shepherd mix) but Dakota (the short, fat lab) is his speed, she sleeps the day away and just wants belly rubs.

 

Squirrel was teasing Dex pretty good, kept running down the tree in circles then bolt back up when Dex jumped. Was driving him crazy lol

 

just say "squirrel" within earshot of my dog and he loses his shit.

 

my 2 little bichons just about pulled my shoulder out of socket chasing a squirrel on a walk yesterday. to much slack in their leashes
