My dog does the head on the floor too. I think it's because it's cooler. Like turning the pillow over for the cool side.

 

Your dog is listening to the house. Like that he knows every step, every door and anything dropped. My Dusty does that in the exact middle of where I think it is in my house.

 

When I'm sitting here with my laptop, Kimo is so attuned to his world that when I fold the lid, nothing. But the moment the mag-safe connector clicks? He's up and ready for action.

 

When I fold my laptop my Dog heads for the back door She knows it’s time to go outside

 

Speaking of barkers, this one can bark for hours when the furnace repair man or a delivery person comes a knocking.

 

KODA is up to 54 pounds at 15 months old .

 

Update: Maligator is back to normal this morning. Has appetite today more active. Still have to keep he a little less active till toe heals better. She was pretty funny last night on the opioid pain shot.

 

Dog bed, yeah well sort of.

 

Abigail enjoying the warm sunshine. Been 3 weeks off of the chemo. She has pretty much stopped eating. We’ve tried giving her any and everything. Not much of an appetite anymore. Drinking very little water. Few ice cubes here and there.

Fuck Cancer!!!

Im sorry too and I can totally relate. My Callie girl has lung cancer (she has maybe 1 working lung at this point) and we're not sure how much time she has left but we've had a great life together (shes 12) and so much fun. She's hanging in there for now. Still eating and drinking and going for walks. We found out too late (a week ago Monday) to consider any sort of intervention.

This is her a few years back when we lived in TX.

Sorry to hear that. You give them the best life you can and they return it in spades. It’s a reminder not to take tomorrow for granted and enjoy the moments.

Feeling much better, what a difference 24 hrs has. We went to PT today and all is good with her.

 

I dunno man, looks like a doofus to me.

I kid, I kid, Dex is a handsome dude (although Koda is the ladykiller in this thread). His coat seems a bit shorter than most, is there such thing as a shorter-haired Husky? We have 2 Shibas and are drowning in shedded fur . . .
