Major is a good looking dog. Does he out rank you? You should teach him how to "salute" in response to a salute.

 

thanks a lot. o yea, by title he out ranks me..lol im ony a sgt. my dad said the same thing when i told him what the name was...lol im sure that wouldnt be to hard to teach him, they are really smart dogs. if i can teach a dog to ring a bell when it has to go outside, im sure the saluting thing will be a walk in the park..lol

Hey anyone use 4Health dog food? I saw it at tractor supply when I bought my bag of Taste of the wild. I think its still made by diamond. Mylab has alergies and this stuff is about 1/2 the price. Just wondering if anyone had any experience?

 

Been feeding my girls 4 health for about 6 months now. It is made by Diamond. They both are doing well on it. Plenty of energy, shiny coat, no gas and they like it. On one of the dog food rating sites.. it comes in better than the Purina, Pedigree and Science Diet food. Do wish it was included on some of the other ratings sites, though.

 

Thanks! There's so many out there its a crap shoot. I've had good luck with Taste of the Wild so far, but I saw this and for the price the ingredients list was almost identical.

 

This is my boy. He's just a little guy... 10 months old now and 140 pounds. Probably has another 40 to 50 pounds to go.

If you want to stick with minimal ingredients and grain-free for a dog with allergies, but at a way lower price than Taste of the Wild (and you don't mind Diamond, who also makes TOTW) Costco carries Nature's Domain grain-free food. Two kinds-- Salmon & Potato and Turkey & Potato.

It gives them plenty of energy to steal your pillows when you're in the shower.

I've had great success with Blue Dog foods. I buy the blue bag and red bag and mix them.
