Really sorry to hear that. It's a tough thing to get over. It took me forever to get over loosing my first Lab, Bean. Prayers sent for you and your family.

 

Here's a classic picture I just found of him. I took it at the beginning of the summer, he had just fetched a ball out of a swamp and got his face all muddy! He was a goofy natured dog, gonna miss the hell out of him.

I thought this was suppose to be for DOGS not horses...but all in all Chara looks like a LOVER and not a fighter. What does Mom think of her and whose dog is she?

 

The Mrs lives him to death. I say he's mine, she says he's hers. If we got divorced it's probably the thing that would lead to a knockdown dragout fistfight

He's a rescue, when we got him they estimated 60lbs max full grown. Turns out he was just really emaciated, he was only 13lbs at 16 weeks. Now he's pushing 105-110 depending on if he's taken a dump or not.
He can be pretty lazy, he's spoiled so he likes to lay on the bed and couch. He's super sweet and affectionate, but he is a livestock guardian breed. If we don't introduce him to someone he's really suspicious and will pretty much give you the stink eye and stand by us with his chest pushed out in don't fck with me and my family mode.

After introduction he'll cuddle right up you and lay with his head in your lap. If not, he will let you know you're being watched.

 

Chara looks like a giant puppy. Good looking dog too.
