Such a handsome little fella

 

Had a similar scare with my GSD's a few months back. Now collars are only on while traveling and walking. Don't ever want to go through that again. Glad everyone was alright.

 

Going through the process of adopting this little sweetheart named bea. I just need a little advice. The rescue/adoption foundation has been very open in disclosing that she is a parvo survivor. I'm happy they were so up front, but I'm nervous because this is my first time adopting. She's super sweet, has an amazing temperament, and is just a happy little girl.

Nice Cam. My dog had parvo too from the nasty shelter down south he came from. Killed 4 of his litter of 7. Once they get it and survive they should be fine. Good luck, and bring her out wheeling soon.

If all goes well hopefully I'll be bringing her out sooner rather than later!

Thanks. Also, don't let then fool ya, they have no idea how big she will be. They estimated 60lbs max for Chara, last vet visit he was 114lbs. Granted it's hard for them to estimate when they are malnourished from parvo/ nasty ass shelters etc..

Here my pup Kodi. hes a big 150 lbs english mastiff/st bernard mix. and hes just over a year old!

 

Here he is at 17 weeks on the way to the vet.

 

go get some scrap carpet and put down so he can get some traction. Cut it to fit the area and it will also trap the loose dog hair.

Thanks! He's German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP) with a little Fox Terrier. Good dogs with a wicked eye for squirrels!

 

About 1 1/2 years old now, she is approximately 1 year old in this pic. We got her from the pound at ~10 months old.

Picked this little beauty up from the rescue shelter yesterday morning. She is an absolute treasure! Sweetest little pup. We named her Kaya! She's about 12 weeks, and around 11 pounds.
