We're outside enjoying the 65 degree weather today. She loves to sit on my lap because she can see over the fence.

Not a cool dog day. Woke up to my shorthair Cole having a seizure, then vomited. He has never had any health issues before. We rushed him to a vet, but of course by the time I got gathered up he was doing better, a little lethargic, but with it. By the time we got to the vet he was back to his normal self. We had them do a full panel, and some scans. We should get the results tomorrow. Spooky deal. He was good the rest of the day, hopefully it was just a one time deal.

Sorry to hear, hope Cole is alright. I had a similar thing happen with my pup about a year and a half ago, but has never happened again. Just wish there was an easy way to communicate to know exactly what they were feeling..

Exactly. Glad your dog has never had another. I just worry he'll have one while we're away at work.

I wish you the best man. I've got a 4 yr old Weimaraner that's epileptic and it's never pretty. Something I wouldn't wish on anyone's pup. Doc says as long as they're short and they don't come in close together batches it's not doing any damage, but I can't help feeling I'm watching him die just a little bit each time.

Hopefully they'll find some reason for it and you can put it to bed. Epilepsy unfortunately is what they call seizures of unknown cause.

Good luck to you and your pup.
