I wasn't expecting the final line... ROFL. I can relate... my beloved Blue Heeler, Simon (RIP), ate a love seat I'd picked up at auction. Thankfully only spent $20. But it was still nice. He ate every inch of that thing... only spared the two cushions for some inexplicable reason.

When I hit the garage door opener, getting home from the night shift, all I could see was foam and fuzz. So much debris that the dog, plastered to the garage floor in trepidation, was hidden completely.

But what can you do at that point? Just laugh yourself silly... no good beating his behind... he probably ate the thing in the first hour I was gone the night before. Then spent the rest of the night thinking, "oh crap, now what?" My fault for not moving the thing in the house anyway.

Here are my kids. Perry is the one with the crazed expression (during a rousing game we call "Fireplace Ball") ...Smudge is my female. First female dog in many many years. She is a challenge, but still an awesome dog. Kind of like upgrading to the fanciest Tacoma.

That is the most gigantic Lab pup I've ever seen! And pretty darn cute. Lucky dog to have a Tacoma. :)

TJ glad to hear Cole is healthy! Really hope that was a one off for the both of you.

Marc what a beast! Looks like Jax is going to be perfect for phez in the long grass  We have 2 Goldens in puppy class and while they are older they are not near the size of Jax. Wait until he grows into those feet LOL.

Sounds and looks like you have your hands full :) I came close to getting a female this time but at the last minute after thinking about it a long time stayed with another male. Tollers are enough of a challenge as it is. Sounds like Smudge brings a lot to the game!
