    I had the same issue. IIRC, the keys fit into slots circled in the pic blow. Slide the outer gear up, then hold the keys in place and carefully slide the outer gear back on.

    Does anyone have the fluid capacity of the fj TC I tried searching here and online but it keeps giving me the trans and tc. I know it’s there but I’m just not searching the right words I guess.

    Thanks for the help guys. I just pulled the other fork and realigned the sync ring, wasn't too bad just took a bit to figure it out
