Does anyone know where I can find the the 6 pin connector on the 4WD harness that plugs into the ADD? I'm doing a PreRunner to 4x4 swap while wiring in my own switch to control the ADD using a DPDT relay and a switch, and that connector is the only non-generic part I need for the harness

I do not but I think most people cut the connector off and wire it directly. That is what I plan to do

I would just do a non add tube from an awd fj cruiser or gx470. Then u don’t have to worry about any electrical at all.

you're welcome, so now you know the "RST harness" that costs $180 is a $15 harness, a $10 switch, and maybe $10 worth of wire/connectors LOL. Make your own for $35 or pay $180 and never get a harness, I hear that fellow is out of business.

you're welcome, you can use my diagram for the pin outs on the switch. The only difference between the VJD2U66B and VLD2U66B is the VJ style is maintained and the VL is momentary spring return to center; otherwise they are identical.

Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
Well, with exception of new Y pipe that comes tomorrow. She’s all done! Had an issue with the first parts yard transmission; leaked like crazy from the bell housing and pulled 6 codes right from the start. Swapped it out with their warranty and installed a new one. Running great now.

Now time to figure out how to attach the shift boot to the console and clean it up a bit.

Sweet, it should be a direct swap just keep the terminals labeled the same when you transfer over the new switch body.

I’m assuming you maybe didn’t have that plug? The ADD just has male pins on it and no wires, be awful hard to connect something into that without an oem connector and have a solid connection.
