what bottle opener is that? I have been wanting one and i have been looking around for recomendations

 

i just installed my bottle opener right after i saw the pic, i wish i could have waited and thought about using that tough tape that you guys posted up :/ i can't believe i drilled holes into my truck

I think I have something like 20 liner feet of the track system in the back of the truck. It's a time saver and gives peace of mind. Moar pics in my build thread.

Here is a neat mod that is frugal and helpful for those with shells.

Ceiling cargo system. I use it to hang wet / damp items that need to dry.

I hand made these brackets, nylock nuts, wire rope and ferrule stops.



Here is what a 4-year old brain will do with the cargo system.


I dovetailed right off that mod into the fridge lid holder, which my wife really likes.

 

I've only seen one camper that was more livable

 

$5 non-slip pad from Advanced Auto. Seemed like a good place for my phone

 

Anyone ever made their own fender liner for the rear wheel well? Done some searching and seen a couple guys, one who used diamond plate rubber and the other used ABS plastic. But I can't find where they got stuff from or anything. Any suggestions?

It worked for my Galaxy S4. Not so much for my Nexus 6 if it's plugged in. Those pads need a little refreshing with a splash of water to keep them non-slip.

Truck bed bike fork mount.

 

Thanks guys! I ended up buying a white one to match my truck.

 

$7 worth of marine grade vinyl (with shit ton left over), sheet metals screws, washers, 3M heavy duty spray adhesive & a few hrs of free time. Finally got this knocked out.............



Also have the bed bottle opener like in pic above except black...............

 

You guys that have put the bottle opener in the bed....do the screws just screw into the plastic?....are you using the screws that come with the opener? Seems like if it is just screwed into the plastic, it would be easy to pull out.

 

I just measured and drilled some holes first and then screwed the screws into the plastic. Its on there very tightly and I tried moving it to see if it would loosen up, and didn't move one bit.

 

Yep, small hole. Large thread screws and it won't go anywhere.
