You are not the only Ducatisti! Here I am!

I see you got the Termis! What year is your S2R1k?

Related question: How do you folks tie down the bikes in the bed? I have a wheel chock for the front and tie down as follows: two front forks, one through the frame, two rear pegs. I haven't done it with the Taco yet, and wondering if those bed rail cleat things are strong enough. I don't want my Duc flying off!

She's a 2006. I bought her with 4k on the clock in January 08 and now there's 15+ on her. I love the Termis! I did the full system with the ECU and air filter. What a difference it made in the power! Nice looking Duc BTW...What have you got done to it? If you havent already, get the headers and get it retuned...I've had a lot of bikes and this one does everything perfectly...handles the twisties with ease and you can ride it for 5 hours at a time...one bike is all you need if its a monster :D

Sadly I was hit recently riding her...about 2 and a half months ago...a woman tuned left and basically T-boned me, her fault of course...

The bike is almost back together and pristine again, but I'm another story with a broken femur in 2 places...I ended up with a titanium rod and 3 screws in my leg...I was going 30mph at the time :( be careful out there boys and girls, the people in the cars don't look at all...

Yikes man! Sorry to hear that. Hope you are recovering and will be back on the bike soon. It's cliche, but it's no joke when they say "There are two kinds of bikers. Those who have fallen and those who will." I crashed in Colorado and I know how it feels.

I do have the Termis! I have the intake, header, udder delete and Termis. I love them. They came with my Duc, so I can't compare to not having them.
