Question for those of you with roof bars. Any complaints? How do you like them? Would you do it again? What about comparisons between curved and straight?

If any I'd go for the 4d optics bars. I had a dual row and Single row combo bar and it was horrible.

Your headlights are awesome! I've been wanting to do mine all silver to color match but with flat black bowls.
    Did you do them yourself?

I accidentally posted my brothers truck haha, but I am pretty sure he ordered them off a guy on this site. For about 600 or something like that

That is awesome. I have all the parts to build new lights. Just nervous to crack them open.

Yep I would do it again. Lots of guys don't like them due to the glare on windshield. But I dont think it's that bad. May be due to the fact I have a pretty big windshield tint strip so I think that helps. Only con (which isn't a deal breaker for me either) is you gotta keep your windshield spotless every day. Any light layer of dust or bugs will annoy the hell out of you. I just stop at the local qt almost every night. If its not bad with bugs I'll just dry wipe the wipers to get the layer of dust off.. I'm planning on getting a second roof bar to double stack the same bar as it's a vision x evo prime clone so it's just a single row of the 10watt leds. One day.. Will have to redesign my brackets to fit..

Had a 50" curved and hated it. I couldn't see out of my windshield with it on, must keep the windshield clean or it gets even worse. Wind noise was insane at highway speeds.

I sold it to a local member here and he loves it. As far as the tint strip I have. Huge strip plus my whole windshield is tinted and nope natta never again. I'll take a good 20" 10w double row on the front or 30" if you can fit over a 50" any day of the week after experiencing that.

I can personally deal with the light when it is one and doesn't get to much glare for me. But I think the only con about them is the noise. But usually when I am listening to music at volume 15 and up I can't hear the noise.

Hm. I had the whistle, but fixed that with door trim. But no regular wind noise. It's silent for me now. Think it creates a pretty good drag at higher speeds too though. Might cost me a little mileage but not worried.

Here's my new roof bar b89be006b74cdc299692488c7ebb8360_4dadbd3ccef2d3534554a757b577ec1aaaadbb07.jpg
Has hood glare but no dash glare. That's what caused me to get a new one.

Now you just need a little backlighting behind the grill. ;)

Glare off of hood, it makes the hood really bright and at first distracting but you get used to it. Does whistle sometimes at higher speeds however I haven't put strips in it or anything

Really like it, its not as good for just road lighting however it lights up everything from the tops of trees to ditches...

I would probably do it again as I think it looks good

I have a curved and a friend of mine has a straight... can't tell the difference really, I think mine looks better

Few more pics in build thread, 32in in the grill
