Let's See your LED's *Pic Heavy*

Got my brand new ditch light extensions! For two more pods!

 

I know these aren't LED's but you guys seem to know a lot about the lighting, is there a way to mount these 2 Hella 500ff lights that I have had in my garage for ages behind the grill without spending $100 on a light bar mount? Could I just use some steel L brackets? or what would you suggest?

 

If you relocate your horn to the drivers side behind the battery. There are 2 holes you can try to put the bolts through. The holes are evenly spaced out too and I would use them for my pods but I havnt done my grille yet.(The holes are inside of the red squares.)

Or use the bolts that hold the radiator, further out from each square.
Much like these & material can be bought from Home Depot.

Best part of the Hellas is that you will have no problem with the output pattern when theyre mounted upside down since you can remove the glass housing and rotate it 180 deg to set it to the correct orientation.

Unfortunately, the covers will still be upside down though.

If you buy the hella driving light kit, they come with a simple wiring harness and a 4 pin relay. Should have everything you could want.

You could convert them to HID before or at a later time. It isnt that hard and makes them a lot brighter!

 

what is pictured is all they came with, got them from my buddy years ago...

 

I believe he was talking about the kit comes with something like this & he was saying get the harness that would've came with the kit. As you can see it can be bought separately.

Just installed the map and dome lights I got from Chris at Jumpers. Easy install, looks great! good tricks for pulling out the map lights as well. really happy with how they turned out.

 

Why not get an extension for the extension and just make a LED pyramid?

 

What kind of lights are the round ones by the windshield?
