it shoots the waves to the subs faster. its needed when you have 12" subs or bigger so that you can hear all pitches of the base not just flat base.

basically helps subs keep up with certain music

Pretty sure everyone knows what it does, they were making fun of your spelling. Its a capacitor not a "cabasitator".

Two lights bolted into the rail system in the back. They were originally on a Case IH cotton picker, so I just used the original brackets and wiring harnesses from the factory. The illuminated rocker switch in the cab is also from the cotton picker - it actually fit right into the blank perfectly.

Ignore the bumper issues - had to replace it and the body shop failed to use an adhesion promoter before painting it. I haven't had time to get it repainted yet, but will in the next week or so. Just used that shot to show the "satoshi" grill. after I did the dremel/epoxy work I put 6 coats of black on the plastic and expanded metal, then painted the aluminum sides of the radiator black to hide it. I also moved the horns to a different location so they wouldn't be visible. The truck is also now a Decepticon. Not sure how many of those are around, so that's my uniqueness.

The tow hook you see is probably one of my favorite things I've done to my truck. Why? My dad had a Toyota pickup in the mid 90's- probably 1995- and it burned completely. He managed to save a few random things like the tow hook, etc., and I came across it in our shop about a week ago. Turns out the bolt holes match up from a ~1995 to a 2010. It's a much larger hook and also has a spring to help prevent chain from slipping out.

Not included are pictures of the rocker switches that control the rear lights as well as the DTRL mod (still not quite sure why Toyota didn't include a way to turn the damn DTRL off from the factory). I also permanently installed a mini USB and micro USB charger on the right side of the console, just because they're fairly standard telephone chargers and people tend to.. borrow them without ever returning them sometimes.

It gives the sub a constant flow of electricity. The capacitor stores electric charges for that purpose.

I believe the word you are looking for is capacitor (not cabassitor). A capacitor is basically a bottle of stored electricity so when your subs fire, instead of draining your cars system (making your headlights dim), the capacitor makes up the difference. (evening out the wave) You are correct in installing one of these, as it reducing the strain on your cars electrical system; however, I hope you got a big enough one.

As a side note: capacitors store a lot of power! A small .06 farad capacitor can kill a grown man! Do NOT cap the connectors! I am running a 1.2 farad capacitor which keeps my 500 watt, single 10" system pretty stable. And guys, not everyone knows their physics and electronics - I'm just glad to see he is trying to do it right...
