    I just did mine:
    Going from memory

Tools: (2) Thin blade flat screwdrivers, torx driver(unk size)

Pop the upper & lower left & right side retaining pins & remove, reach in between the grill & housing & carefully wiggle the the left & right side lower tabs to remove the grill & housing.

Once out, remove all the screws,it helps to have someone work with you to carefully release the tabs that hold the grill to the grill shell.
Remove the rubber gasket with retaining studs from the old grill, you will install to the new grill. The gasket retaining studs were somewhat difficult to install due to the poor moulding cleanup on the new grill. I used a small drillbit the same size of the holes to clear the flashing.

Reverse assemble & do not overtighten the screws in the grill.

Took me 1 hr taking my time to be sure I didn't break anything

Myself. Haven't done the cab mount chop yet, however when I do I'll just need to find someone to weld the plate on.

There's a shop over by you that I've been meaning to go check out. Superior Automotive & Fabrication over in Freeport.
