It's dealer installed appearance package that was put on Tacomas in and around the Gulf states if I was told correctly.

Here is the real story. The TSS package comes from Gulf States Toyota,
Founded in 1969 in Houston, Texas, GST is one of the world’s largest independent distributors of Toyota vehicles and parts. GST serves all of the Toyota dealerships in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana.

We team up with TMNA USA and over 157 Toyota dealerships in our five-state region to meet the rising demand for Toyota vehicles and parts.
The Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) is responsible for accessorizing all Toyota vehicles distributed to the dealer network. Our processing operations are widely recognized as one of the finest and most efficient in the industry. The accessories installed at the VPC include, but are not limited to radios, navigation systems, alarms, up-graded wheel packages, side molding, spoilers and luggage racks. Additionally, we perform State and quality based inspections ensuring customer satisfaction.

seems like they all share the wheels and decals
a lot of them seem to have chrome running boards chrome borla exhaust tip
many also seem to have a stereo upgrade and a leather seat cover

Took her off-road today... found our way out to the Keweenaw Rocket Range. Added some character flaws along the passenger side. Rough trail, some mud to play in... a good adventure all around. My wife was nervous on the way out, but admitted she did have fun!

Head out to Copper Harbor and keep going. Look up Keweenaw Rocket Range on the Google Maps, it shows up. No cell signal out there for the most part though, so load your map before you go and the GPS can get you the rest of the way. A wrong turn will send you on wild goose chases. Trails for days out there.

    Looking good.

How did you secure the roof top carrier to the front runner? Any pics would be great. My Thule sits too low and hits the outside rails of the front runner

Thanks. Do you know if FR makes adapters to put cross bars directly on their racks? I guess I could ask them directly...

I dont think they do, but depending on what towers you are using I am sure a hardware store run you could get something to work
