For those of you with the 285 70 17 Ridge Grapplers, what are you running for tire pressure? I received my new wheels and tires last week, just waiting on my TPMS sensors which will be coming in today.

Looking at the OEM pressure / tire and utilizing the chart (chart recommended by Nitto), we can see that the factory tire had a load rating:
    265/70 R16 (29PSI FRONT) = 2216 lbs
    265/70 R16 (32PSI REAR) = 2326 lbs
    upload_2018-4-16_7-53-29.jpg

Now, utilizing that same factory load rating (front and rear) and cross referencing the LT 285/70R17 (single) to find our correct pressures, I'm coming up with
    LT 285/70 R17 C Load (2216 lbs FRONT) = 40PSI
    LT 285/70 R17 C Load (2326 lbs REAR) = 45 PSI

Note: for the rear, you could probably get away with the 40 PSI as well, but technically it is out of the weight limits for the tire at that point.

Given the added weight that most of us have from skids and bumpers and other accessories, I would assume the best pressure would be 45PSI, which is what I will end up running on mine.

Just kind of curious as to what others are running. Also, what pressures are you guys deflating to, for offroad? From what I understand, many people deflate quite a bit off road, but I am a bit worried. I don't know how fast or far you could safely travel off road with the tires below the recommended load rating pressures.
