    I want to go again but the trip was too hard and fast by myself and two small dogs...I drove from Colorado to Deadhorse, Alaska in 93 hours, that's 3 hours less than 4 days...That seems impossible but I have the gas receipts to prove it.

    I was there (in a renal car) the day they dedicated that sign in 1993. Dusty as hell. When I would see a big rig coming I would just pull off the road and wait for the dust to settle. Then it rained and the dust turned to the slickest coating of mud. Wish I had a Tacoma on that trip. In '93 you were only allowed to go as far as Coldfoot.
