Stupid question...I know. So, one of my Delta Joints has the low profile fitting and the other has the Standard fitting. It's been well over 5,000 miles since I have greased anything on this suspension (yeah, I'm that guy that bought it without REALLY knowing what to do).

I wanted to replace both fittings with Standard fittings...but the M6 fittings that I bought are too small. Icon states that it's a 6mm fitting...and I just can't figure it out. I have a needle adapter for the low profile fitting, but I believe that the fittings are a bit blocked because I am an idiot.

    Any helpful advice?

    Thanks.

Take the standard fitting and go to an auto parts store, ACE or etc and get a matching ones. The low profile needle zerk shit never worked for me. BTW, you could try poking the ball bearing in the center of the zerk fitting with a steel pik to dislodge it, they seem to get stuck. Then try greasing after.

Bilstein 6112's 5th clip 1/4" spacer driver's side. Icon tubular UCA's with Delta joint, wheelers superbumps, ECGS bushing. Allpro standard leaf packs, 5160's, U bolt flip kit with wheelers super bump's, extended stainless steel brake lines, carrier bearing drop. Icon rebounds 17" with Nitto terra grappler G2's 285/70/17's.
I would call Icon. I think mine came with both the needle and standard zerks when I bought them new. The needles aren't the most user friendly but you can use the optional Icon aluminum cover with them. With the standard zerks the cap won't fit. I actually switch zerks for greasing then switch back so I can reuse the cover. I haven't checked but maybe the fittings are Icon specific.

Yeah... i went through the same thing. The zerk threads are odd... couldn't find any thing on line or at auto parts stores that fit. Ended up having to order them directly from Icon. Be careful... not many threads holding the zerks in and it wouldn't take much to strip. I got the lock and lube grease gun attachment to make getting on and off the zerk easier. Also, it might help on getting to the forward pivot bolt bushing zerk (limited access due to remote reservoir.)

Thanks for the tips on that.

I think I have to remove the remote reservoir anyhow because I can't get the to the bolt that runs through the bushings at the opposite end of the UCA.

Your stuff is super clean too.

If your pivot bolt is facing aft with the nut on the back side (the way it should be) i found that you can tighten and torque the nut without holding a wrench on the head of the bolt.
