I have. I have Bilstein 6112's in the front set at the 3rd and 4th notch. In the rear, I have 5160's with stock leaf pack (no lift).

How are people achieving 1 inch in the rear? Most AAL give 1.5 - 2 inches and every aftermarket leaf pack seems to give close to 2 or more inches. I assume blocks?

Perfect setup from the side. Got any pics of the front? Curious how skinny the 255 looks from straight on. Also, what lift are you running?

I’m also running skinny’s and love them. Honestly, they don’t look bad from straight on (sorry for crappy picture)

I have a 2" RC spacer and a 1" rear block. I have absolutely no issues of any sort. Ill get a front image when I'm out of the office. They look great though. I was initially worried they would look too skinny from the front but they don't at all. I do have them mounted on a 8.5" rim so that may be helping.

Nope. 2 inches is a pretty mild lift. I have put about 10k miles on the setup with zero issues.

Maybe but not by much. They look really well proportioned on the truck.

I had the Cooper ST on a Z71 and got 30k out them. Not bad tires.
