Y'all 3rd gen fellas are so supportive of each other! I lifted my 2013 up front with bilsteins and posted a question about a rear block because im half a inch nose high and want a little bit of a rake. It seems that more than half of that 2nd gen community absolutely hates blocks! But yall are so encouraging with all these block lifts!

2inch front, add a leaf in back. Actually rides better. 285's / 16's.

Very easy; Cali Raised provides everything for the install. Took less than an hour. I had to drill one hole in each side to accommodate the bezel. Highly recommend this kit, and Cali Raised was super easy to work with. Ordered and received in less than a week.

Has anyone used a 0.5 rear block with center hole and a 1 degree factory shim with center hole together ? The 19 trd came with a 1 degree shim I was going to add a 1/2” block that also has the center hole to it . What’s yalls opinion on this ?

    1in front and rear.

    before:
    IMG_7435.jpg

after: the 265/70/17 kind of shrunk with the small lift. Saving up for 285's.

thank you. Had a local shop do the install (TW member). Fatbobs 1in spacers and heavymetal 1in tapered blocks. Rides a tad stiffer than stock which I prefer.s-l16.jpgs-l1600.jpg

2.25 Readylift in the front and 1 inch block in the back. No rubbing at all, alignment is great and the ride is the same as stock. There’s not much more you can ask for, especially when ballin’ on a budget.

Hopefully someone can answer this question for me. If 2/1 is mild lift, either spacer/block or suspension lift. Which is better in the long run?

I read things about cv axle angles and all that wearing parts faster with a suspension lift since it messes more with all the stock geometry.

thanks for any information in advance.

BFG K02 285/70/17 C. Clears my cab mount (barely) but rubs on the front plastics turning in driveways.
