I don't think that AAL is correct concerning the "suspension TSB".
I believe that new, complete spring packs are installed as opposed to a single, added leaf to the existing spring packs.

    I rec'd the new 4# sticker in yesterday's mail.
Not sure what to make of it.
At first glance, minus 4# is better than minus 290#......

I cut some wires here. Added some wires there.
Have the other guys getting the 4# sticker also had the tsb done?

I think you're correct with the complete spring pack but I also think the only difference between the 3 leaf pack and the 4 leaf pack is the added leaf.

Wow. Owners are getting a label 'free of charge'. That is soo cool. Lawyers are funny; they get paid a lot for saying nothing.

Rear Leaf spring TSB, Bilstein 5100's all around w/ front set at 1.75", 265/75R/16 Mickey Thompson Baja STZ's, Trailer hitch w/custom wiring, AFE drop in dry filter, Rear Diff breather mod, Debadged truck, customized stock TRD wheel center caps, added factory fog lights, bed mat, door sills, tinted windows
Its a whole different leaf pack design. I have not received a sticker, nor did I have one originally. Maybe it is because I just had the rear TSB done. There is no question these leafs are for those who use their trucks as trucks. If you drive around in a truck but do not use it as a truck, you may be happier with the ride the stock springs give. At least that is what Toyota says or warns you if you get the TSB done. I found very little difference in the ride. It rides like a truck!

This whole saga would make more sense to me if the minus 290# was the later sticker.
They are in effect negating the original sticker "out of safety concerns" and yet allowing more payload with the minus 4# sticker.
