Level 8 Concept wheels - Your feedback requested

Turned out pretty good...not to crazy about the center cap...loved the new color!

any word on sizes, colors and release date?

Very interested in six and seven spokes

 

At this time they expect an ETA of spring 2013. They have a couple of 6 spoke wheels on the drawing board.

it is a nice design, just needs a low profile centrecap

 

Would like to see some 4" or even 3.75" backspacing options for those who run spindles or fiberglass to help fill in the gaps. Oh, and I like the 6 Spoke wheels for sure!

 

I would consider buying the 6 spoke if they came in gunmetal and 18's.

 

Level 8 already builds one similar to this but with a lip. It's the Strike 6 and it's available in silver machined (pictured below) full matte black, and matte black with machined lip.

 

I've looked at these and I like the black and machined...can't get it in a 16"...only black or silver.

Does that offset work for the 2012 Base Model PreRunner?

Thought I needed a 0 offset.

 

It will work for your application and according to my fitment information will only stick out of the fenders by about .25".

 

Would love this on my silver truck!

 

First and third look like copies of Volk TE37 and Enkei RPF1 wheels. Copies are automatically supposed to be cheap in my mind. Why pay more if the "designers" did less work? Especially if a dozen others have already copied them. I get the feeling the "designers" were more influenced by existing trends in the wheel market than creative inspiration.

That being said, I like them all and if they were for the right price and size I'd consider them. That means OFF ROAD sizes like 15x8-12" and 16x8-12" and with many good offset/backspacing options.

 

I dig the 6 spoke, but that "8" center cap has to go IMO. It looks like if the rims were advertising the local news ch. 8

 

Like the 6 but would prefer your Strike 6 model in bronze. Let me know when you make it available!

 

Word on the street today is that this wheel will be available at the beginning of April...

 

16in bronze and I am sold!
