Level 8 Gaurdians

I had the cab mount chopped and did a bunch of trimming. I had my Icons at about 2" in the pics but had to crank them up a bit more. I still have some rubbing in reverse if there is a few guys in the truck. The next time you take it off road you will see where it rubs so you know how much to trim.

Pics!! Got a great deal on some Bronze Level 8 Guardians. They are wrapped in Treadwright Warden A/T 285/75R16.

I love the stance that it gives the truck... totally changes the look of the truck.

I'm not sure if I 100% like the bronze. I had a stormtrooper look going before this. The black rims are getting a little too common though. I'll wait a few weeks/months and see if I want to switch back to black.

 

Yeah I hear ya on the black. It seems that gunmetal is the new black... I wish the guardians came in gunmetal, those would look siiiiiiiiiiiick

Hmm now Im tempted. I almost went with the SCS F-5 wheels because I liked the gunmetal look. The bronze looks good on yours.. it unique

it's always a trade off between 16 and 17. I like the look of the 17s but I prefer the 16 because the tires are a little cheaper and there is more tire to protect the rim when on the trails.

The sensors from my sport wheels stuck up a lot. They are almost even with the rim. I just spent the weekend bombing around the desert at 15Psi. I was worried about braking one on a rock or something but was fine. I would just be careful if you get a flat not to run on it.

I currently have duratracs 295/65/r18 and chrome wheels.

hate the wheels, love the tires but daddy needs new wheels and tires...

I like the Guardians, but I probably have a biased opinion. Haha

I think the SCS's look great too. They were on my list too, but were a little bit out of my price range.
