So i regret ever selling my 94 4wd pickup so much that after 5 years of driving a new tundra (afraid to scratch it) I couldnt take it any longer and started a search for the perfect first gen taco. after 2 years of searching hundreds of rusted out seen better days trucks I found my jewel. It was a 96 dlx auto ext. cab. with the 3.4 I plunked down several thousand for her and drove her home. she looks brand new inside and out but i noticed the suspension was sagging. I bought some bilstein 4600 rear shocks and some aftermarket leafs which were the 3+1 sr5 to replace my 2+1 dlx springs. My truck now sits with its ass in the air and I really want that level stance that make these trucks look good. The leafs I bought were manufactured by (daystar) or (dayton) cant remember but they were made in pittsburgh, Pa so I know they're good quality. My plans are to buy some new front struts/shocks and replace the front coils at the same time but im not sure what I need to make the truck level I have looked for advice but found none regarding this. I wonder if its just trial and error with shims? I would love some pro advice on where to start. thank you:eek:

thanks for the reply I found a set of reasonably priced coils. mine have a quarter inch or less from being collapsed. I didnt realize you could adjust the height with the strut assembly I will look into this.
