Ok. so i have a '98 tacoma 4x4 ext. cab. its pretty much stock. i was thinking about putting a leveling kit on it to lift it up a little bit. i was thinking about a 2'' on the front but i dont want it to sit higher in the front than the back. i just want it to beef the truck up a little bit and possibly put on some bigger tires. i dont know a whole lot about this kinda stuff so post any advice you got

get some bilstein 5100's and set them at 1.75, that should level it out or if you want to beef it up a little go with setting them at 2.5

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
If you get the set, they come with replacement rear shocks. The rear will not yield any lift, just the front do.

i was thinking about a daystar 2.5'' leveling kit on the front and a tuff country add-a-leaf 2'' on the back. do you think that that will give it a good boots and make it look even or should i go bigger on the front leveler?

I rather go with a set of Bilstein 5100's set at 2.5" paired up with a set of ToyTec AAL's depending on how bad your rear leafs are, you may want to consider a new set too.

If you set the bilsteins at 2.5 and go with a 1 inch AAL you should be pretty level. anything higher in the rear will make the rear higher than the front which doesn't seem like something you want
