Need a leveling kit for my 2015 Tacoma PreRunner. 2” in front and 1” at back or 3” and 2” Any suggestions or advice?

Anything over ~2" in the front and you're going to want to add aftermarket UCA's so that it doesn't feel like it's skipping over bumps and dips and they'll soften the ride up back to normal.

As for the rear the higher you go the more likely you'll run into vibration problems out of the driveshaft. The carrier bearing will not be happy either.

Oh yeah, technically a leveling kit is only the front, as soon as both ends of the truck are lifted it's a lift kit.
