Another question for you guys. I have a 2007 Tacoma trd 4wd. I’m looking to buy a leveling kit but everything online says doesn’t fit trd. Anyone know where to get one online that will fit my truck?

    Step 1.
Measure the difference in height between front and back.

    Step 2.
    Buy Bilstein 5100 shocks.

    Step 3.
Set them to the setting that is closest to the the what you measured in Step 1.
You may want to consider leaving a slight rake. But that’s your call.

I’m not try to be a prick here. This is actually what I’d do myself. (If I want to lift MY truck)

Get the 5100 billies to level if you can find them apparently there is a shortage.

Well, since shocks are the only difference between 6 lug models, and all the shocks are the same length, and shocks control springs, and springs are what set ride height......... 'kits' you are shopping may be suspect.

Suggest calling a reputable vendor. Many websites are just someone brokering out of their moms basement.

Our vendor members would be a good starting point.
