Soooo, I'm thinking of getting a leveling kit installed on my truck but, id like to know how much of a height difference it would make & if you recommend it or not. . Does anyone have any before and after pics I could see to compare the difference, please?

    Thanks so much in advance!

I am fixing to do the same thing. I have had the rear spring TSB done, so I have an extra leaf spring in the back. I have ordered Bilstein 5100 shocks for all four corners. I am also going to order some eibach/toytec springs for the front. The Bilstein shocks for the front are adjustable, but I think I will set them a 0 and let the new springs do the lifting. This should lift my truck a little over 1.5" in the front. This will probably confuse you more than you already are, but maybe it will help.

Height difference without tires isn't that noticable. Put the tires on and its a big difference.

the first thing is whether or not you have the rear spring tsb done. i'm assuming you don't and in that case all you need are the bilstein 5100s from downsouth motorsports like previously mentioned. go to their vendor thread on here and they have a discount code. your looking at $282 shipped. the fronts set at 0.85 inches will give you a level ride for your taco assuming no rear spring tsb done. hope this helps

I leveled my '10 regular cab by putting Bilstein 5100's on the front set at .85". I'm now about 1/4" to 3/8" higher in the back. Much better stance in my opinion. Definitely recommend this route cause if later down the road you decide you want to actually lift it, you can do the add a leaf on the rear and then change the setting on the 5100's on the front. Here are some pics after the level. My photo gallery should have the before ones. Unfortunately my other computer that has the before pics on it isn't working right now.

what exactly do you want to do?
you can level it with 0.85 inches in front.
you can lift/level it about 1.5 inches and that aslo includes an add-a-leaf in rear
you cna do a full 3 inch lift

if you want 1.5-1.7 inch in front then you still need 5100s and an add-a-leaf from toytec lifts. you can either set the 5100s at the lift point or you can set them at 0 and also get either eibach or some ome coils from toytec. the coils will give you a better quality ride. the 5100s set at 1.75 will increase preload and makes it stiff. i did this in the past on my last taco. on my new one i'm doing 5100s at 0 and eibach coils.
