Hey I just had a 2” leveling kit out on the front spacers only does anyone else get clunking sound when you go over small bumps and is this normal or can it be fixed.

Welcome to TW. Remove that spacer lift and get a real nice set of coilovers. You will be glad you did. Good luck with your truck.

If nothing is loose sounds like they are bottoming out or the shocks are extending too far.

Can you take a picture of the set up on the side the clunking is coming from?
    If nothing is loose????
More then likely the spacer required you to rotate the coils. My guess is now you rotated your coils 180 degree, one of the coils is contacting something in your suspension. (Probably the UCA)
But it's hard to say unless I actually take a look at your set up.

The best thing to relocate is that spacer kit. Relocate it to the recycle bend or eBay. Then slap on some quality coil overs, AAL's or blocks on the rear and shocks. Then cross your fingers and pray for NO VIBES. These trucks simply DO NOT like to be lifted, but if you must, stay away from spacer kits. That's just my opinion from experience.

Life will be simpler, and cheaper, if you get 'level' out of your head. ;)
