Hey guys finally signed up and am working with my 2nd tacoma.

Im sure this has been discussed before but any input would help.

I got my 97 4x4 tacoma with 225/75R15 tires and there about done.
I would like to the max size tires (preferably 31x10.5r15) without doing serious lifting.

If any of you have done this id like to know how. Also it would be nice to have the front exactly level if not .5" higher than the rear.

    Thanks guys!

hello. since you have a first gen, many people have great success using the bilstein 5100's on the middle setting and it gets 100% level. but, since the truck is going on 10 years old, to get good height on the front and rear you may want to get new factory, or factory equivalent coil springs from the front and new leafs for the rear. hope this helps, this should help get you to your tire size you want to run.
