    Check out my build:)
Yup those will fit perfect no problem
    Same bolt pattern 5x114.3
The rim is only 7" wide and the offset is good at +35
Should be a lil wider than stock won't look as sunk in the fenders

In running 19x9.5 +20 and thy are lil wider than the bed but I have a small stretch and I rolled inside and have no problems
    Hope this helps bro!

Yeah Brenden, that helped a lot, exactly the info I needed. I am going to keep a fairly small tire; planning on a 225/50/18. Mainly wanting to get rid of the ugly steel wheels. Thanks again.

Thanks folks, I was worried about too much 'bling' but I'm getting used to it. The physical fit was spot on; the only problem was the pressure sensors wouldn't transfer wheel to wheel due to the different contour of the inside of the wheels. I went ahead and bought four new sensors from the tire guys and that took care of the problem. BUT, if I had to do it over again, I would probably put regular valve stems in and lived with the light. The sensors were $75 per wheel. Ouch....

It is not all bad. I know there is a great debate about the bore size. Yes, in a perfect world you want the bore to be exact fit. At least with your new wheels you could add a bore adapter if you want. I've spoken to several wheel distributors and have had a lot of wheels over the past years that the center bore didn't touch the aftermarket wheels and have had "zero" issues with road feel, unnecessary steering vibrations.

Your 2013 may have that 67.1mm diameter.

    Just my 2 cents...
