Not 100% sure if it'll work for you but it's the correct transmission. 3.4L

    Hhhhhh the want is real.

Problem is I have to find a 2003 or 2004 for the transmission since they switched to an electronic throttle valve cable for those years

Now that I live somewhere that it, like, rains, I decided to do the diff breather relocation that most people just do right off the bat. Turned out good and i like the peace of mind!

Took the truck out to Cinder Hills, just outside of Flagstaff. Had a lot of fun but also got stuck two or three times. I'll have to come back with a buddy or with 4x4 because it's all smooth gravel, and the hills don't make it easier

Still, had fun and finally got the truck off the pavement for an hour so that's all that matters!

Back from Arizona for the holidays, did a trip with some buddies of mine the weekend I got back out by Fish Creek Wash. Did some donuts and some shooting, pulled a Crown Vic out of some soft sand, and finally got to use these new tires in the desert

Yeah, man! Can't wait to put this thing on the truck when I get back to CA. After that I'll still need to collect some parts, but I got the hardest one out of the way

Small update but I picked up a tcase shifter and got that installed. Feels really cool being able to shift my transfer case out of 2wd with the j-shifter!

Shocks are pretty shot on the rear. Fronts fine, but I'll have to pick up something to help keep my spine from rattling apart on these long trips between Flagstaff and San Diego. Expect to see an upgrade here in a little bit
