License Plate Bulb Change procedure NOT from under truck?

    Yeah you have a good solution. My OP was really to figure out a way to do it without getting under the truck, since the ARB aftermarket rear bumper has a whole bunch or armor and the biggest space for a tool or hand is like .5"

    I ended up removing the armor and doing what you did- just squeezed the clips from the back and did everything up top. It just was an hour job instead of 15 min basically. Oh well. in the end, LOVE the Diode Dynamics LED's...work wonderful!

    Wow good for you. That armor I'd say was the trouble for you. I didn't have that to deal with. I agree that the all from Under way is crap even on the stock bumper. I scraped a up my wrist trying to turn and pull like that. Now people are going to think I need mental health help for a few days.

    The way @wiljayhi posted so far seems the best.
