license plate laws???

i've been pulled over for that one, and i appeantly there can't be anything over the tail lights either in utah, tail light tint was sub par.

 

Questionably effective idea- There are states that have modified the law to prevent the "my friend was using the car" defense.
You either
A- The driver at the wheel takes the ticket
B- Say "It wasn't me" they say "Who was it" and you dime the person out
C- Same as above-Instead of ratting your friend out you say "I don't remember" and they give the registered owner the ticket.

Someone is going to get the ticket one way or the other...::shrug::


NYS= Give you two plates- Use two plate (see the fine and what not above)
FL- One plate and I love it. Makes me Taco and me scion look MUCH better
