Agreed. I have a 1st gen Highlander. Love the size. A RAV may well be it's replacement someday. Assuming I don't wait so long they bloat past where they are now.

It's amazing to me how much bigger my '13 5 lug is than my Highlander.

Kudos to you for having your priorities straight. We just had a daughter and I offered to move back to an SUV, but luckily my wife loves the truck (says she feels really safe in it too) so I was encouraged :) to keep it and it will likely be in the family for as long as this weird 3.5/6speed holds together! haha

If I go for a second vehicle for general use, I'm considering the new Toyota C-HR.CHR.jpg

Had a 2013 Rav4. Least amount of time we've ever owned a vehicle. Jack of all trades - master of none. I'm not saying they're bad, it just didn't fit our specific needs. We cross-shopped all of the small CUV's at the time and it was the best in our opinion.

EDIT: For what it's worth, it didn't fit our needs because of kids. We had one and we got the Rav. Then we had another and it quickly became too small. Traded up to a Sienna and we could not be happier.
