I finally ditched mine at 37k miles and they were pretty close to the wear markers.

2 1/2 months and 3500 miles later they are working as designed on my 2012. These are not crap or junk tires. I'll run them until they need replaced by of course something better. But why drop the doe when I don't need to?

I agree with you. Had no problems out of mine, either. Ran them until they were nearing bald.

I am at 15k, no need to replace them yet.

I only buy a new set when they offer deals (buy 3 get 1 free or $80-100 credit for a set of 4).

As mentioned, no regrets getting rid of my Duncraps and getting the Goodyear Duratracs. Had to stop hard in the rain last night. No worries. If I had the Duncraps on it would have gotten ugly.

Oh and I sold the Duncraps for $110. :D

I put 20k on mine yesterday, and they still look like they are brand new....

I wish they would wear out sooner so that I can put on a more aggressive tire, but I can't justify replacing something that works perfectly fine. I've had mine in mud, snow, gravel, pavement, on rocky roads and through a creek a few times.

I also see several other older model toyotas, mostly 4runners, that have these tires on and they still look somewhat decent in term of wear and treadlife. I can honestly see why Toyota keeps them around. They wouldn't be my choice, but I can see why they do it.
