Lifetime Oil Changes and the Like

How is is possible to be irritated before you’ve even had service?

 

I have a second gen, but I have lifetime oil changes. They do it every 5k miles.

 

I also got a similar deal. Bought mine from Fred anderson Toyota. They Include free lifetime oil changes and life time power train warranty. And when asked they told me to keep the power train warranty that they only require to do all the engine maintenance.

I get free oil changes for 3 or 5 years. After the factory warranty runs out, I get 20 years, or 200,000 miles from the dealership.

Told to bring it in a 5,000 miles or 6 months for the first service, after that 10,000 miles or a year...which ever comes first.

And yes, the dealership is called BEAVER. Owner is a smoking out blonde too.

Told the salesman I wouldn't drive it off the lot if they put the big ass chrome BEAVER on the tailgate.

 

I've been there just not for maint. They don't even try to compete or match another sale on parts. once you sign the paperwork you don't matter to these people

 

Yeah I've heard their service is slow and sadly 3hrs is the least amount of time someone told me they waited.
Did you feel like you needed the tsb? I have the 18 sport and it seems smooth to me but my last vehicle was an 02 mazda tribute soo I cant compare

 

I cannot agree fully cause in my opinion priority Chesapeake is a joke but glad you've had good experiences

Priority is a joke. The other Toyota dealership beat them by $4000 on the same price truck. CB Lexus Toyota will deal. The B's engines for life crap is bullshit, read the fine print.

 

Chrysler offers it on their vehicles.

 

It made a difference. The constant down-shifting and holding in 5 instead of going to 6 was driving me nuts.

 

But a "lifetime" for a Chrysler is only like 60k miles so that makes sense lol
