Lifetime wheel alignment $150.00 Firestone

The alignment is normally $180 and the offer ends December 5. I don't really know if this is a good deal or not since I never use Firestone. Anyone with experience care to chime in?

I can recommend the deal. Before you buy, talk to your local manager and ask them about it.

I have it on both my vehicles and I get an alignment several times a year. Maybe 12 this year. So it's worth it to me. I know all the techs by first name and I have befriended the manager lol

 

Yeah, great deal. I have it as well when I rebuilt coilovers and switched UCAs and then mounted 35s. They honor the alignment check every time, but some may not since they claim modified vehicle BS.

I have it. Some shops have guys who know what they are doing, some shops have guys who can't figure out how to attach a socket to a ratchet.

 

all the ones around here look for any reason not to do it

some will send away if you don't have your swaybar attached

Vouching for it. Used several in San Diego and two in San Jose. Well worth the value, made so many changes to my truck and knocked the cam bolts around off road. Definitely has come in handy over the yrs.

 

What part of the bay are you from? Any wheel works store you would recommend?

 

There are a few keys to success.

A shop that is well managed AND the manager understands the work the shop does, not just inventory and margins.

A shop that keeps its equipment calibrated.

A skilled, trained and good work ethic tech.

If you can find that combo in a franchise big box shop, a multi year or lifetime package is a great value.

I had good experience with Wheel Works in Livermore ... but that was a while back, not sure if they still have the same crew. Check them out

I'm not sure. I have a three year guarantee from Goodyear in Westwood. Used it twice so far. The manager even said to come back after I do my cam tab gussets and they'd cover that as well.

 

which ones did you go to in SD? I have been to a few that wont allow it due to modifications.
