Has anyone done this? I see so many options available for 6 lugs. Ideally I'd love to get some adjustable full strut assembly but cant find anything for my truck. Any ideas? I dont want to use strut spacers.

Also, anyone know if the Bilstein 4600 HDs add any lift without using strut spacers?

Ive only really seen adjustable coil overs for lowered and mid travel 5 lugs. Mid travel is adjustable coil overs and a set of new upper control arm (if you can find them )

4600s do not provide lift although if your front shocks are blown it may seem lift it's lifting the front.

Good to know thank you. Yea, I just want to lift it a little and also get maximum performance out of my suspension. I've heard kits like Readylift can change the ride and handling and the suspension will not perform as well.

Most lifted 5 lugs have some form of a spacer lift. I thrash my truck quite a bit and the suspension works fine lol. It all depends on what you plan to do and how much your willing to spend.

That things sick! Yea I do a lot of camping and load the bed heavy but I also do lots of commuting. I don't want to do anything gnarly just add a tad of height! lol

Gone over the Top for a 5-lug..
Mine is 99% commuting/highway - i've had the full works in terms of Readylift, Bilstein's, AAL, much larger tires.

Yes - it's a bit harsher/rougher than OEM suspension. It also takes our frost heaves/potholes (I saw a VW trapped in one, on the way home from work.. coulda swore an F150 launched itself over it...) a lot better than the OEM suspension - our highways are a mess right now with the freeze/thaw cycles. It doesn't mush it's way going around a corner any longer.

It's a truck to me.. not a Lexus. The suspension characteristics are ideal, for my use of the truck.

Bilstein 4600's are OEM front shock length - no increase in height alone, swapping shocks. You can't go beyond the 2 3/4" front spacer lift, without swapping out to a mid travel front setup... if you can find one.
